I have lenders that I can point you to that would likely be able to give you a better product that will pay off that primary residence loan, or restructure it into one that doesn't take so much long term value out of your equity.

For example, if you look at listings for condos now, you will see a number of them using "100% hurricane insurance" as a selling point.

Look into certifications, legal compliance courses, and insurance before jumping in.Don’t treat this like a side gig.

Remove the commission (Or just make it very small) and have the rest negotiated into the deal with the seller.
