@Noe PerrinWith all due respect, knowing what wholesaling is, is not the same as knowing how to wholesale.I strongly encourage anyone who wants to launch into wholesaling get properly trained by a professional, or at the very least, bird dog for a seasoned wholesaler before launching into on his or her own.Too many people out there read about wholesaling and then run out into the marketplace and try to do it. 

My goal is to successfully launch my real estate investing business using the help of a community of active real estate investors!

Also if any of you agents (not from around here of course )can give me any tips for launching out of the gate -  Tips - tricks & things you found to bump up your business.

I avoid BOA, 5th 3rd, etc like the plague.One last note: I used a checkwriting software called Check Launch.

We used it as a down payment on an owner occupied duplex. this one deal was so great it launched us into all the other houses we own today.To answer your question...1.
