At the risk of it being a rookie question - I didn't find anything in search that directly scratch the itch so I figured I would throw it out there for opinions here. 

So I'm back to it and itching to get going.

We are saving between $3K and $4K per month now and I'm itching to buy another property.

Since then I have been a passive investor in a few multifamily deals but I have had the itch to take a more active role.I want to invest in smaller multifamily properties in and around Atlanta with a focus on the northern metro area since that is the area I know.

Im almost itching to sell my own property as inventory is flying off the shelves.

They are obligated to present all written offers, and some percentage of sellers will be happy to take it off the market for a week to keep your 5% (or, you close, scratching their itch to unload the property ASAP).Or, find things off market, where you can take advantage of the seller like you (probably) did on your last deal. 

Sounds like you have the itch, you'll have your first property in no time!  

I currently have a full time job and a busy life in general but real estate is my passion and so I just purchased my first rental property about a year ago and am itching for another very soon but what I have come to realize is I am absolutely terrible at the tenant screening process... now obviously that poses quite a big issue seeing as screening is the most important thing.

No one lender can scratch every itch out there.

Now she's got the itch like me but unlike me she has a lot of cash.
