Thanks Adam I never even considered the fact that I could apply for loan through FHA and yes the Hampton area lacks MF homes that are move in ready. what are your thoughts on building a MF?

Last time I did an eviction in Jefferson County, I was going through the paperwork and remember seeing that the notice period increased in length with the amount of time the tenant had been in place, while the paperwork for Adams County did not have that same specification.
