Increased that work , lost work, had prices cut, you name it, it was a struggle to say the least, However the past two years I was able to partner with another contracting company and together weve grown, we have multiple crews at our disposal, an in house licensed electrician, plumber and hvac guy, concrete finishers, carpenters, general laborers an in house realtor etc.

I may profit by rehabbing because I (a) am a licensed GC (b) own a full retail renovation company that creates a volume i can (c) leverage with manufacturers for direct supply and volume discounting and by which (d) I have the full management and operational team at my disposal to perform on my properties at cost.
