FCI only comments I have heard is they nickel and dime you to death.

Case law supports him.I don't even know where to begin with a comment like that, other than I suggest you start building a legal defense fund, to deal with that mistaken approach to contracts. 

I am very concerned about so many investors being presented with questionable marketing practices and charging such high prices for information.

What comments were they making during showing and what questions were they asking?

The property manager can make or break you, it has to be a PM that is working in that space and is comfortable there.I agree with earlier comments to look in the front and back yards to see how many old cars, abandoned junk, or treasures that aren't treasures are piling up. 

They are essentially the same thing you are describing, but sharing an "expert opinion".I am also not a fan of how BiggerPockets itself is doing this same thing in the forum by posting blog posts and you don't have the ability to comment on the posting (because some times I disagree with the posting!) 

Sometimes they can find creative solutions or know the right way to present your case to get approvals. 3.
