A pair of $12.hr workers isn't going to handle it properly and, if there is a problem with it later on, you might be on the hook for far more than you bargained for.

Basically its a pair of glasses that you wear and it provides a heads up display of maps, driving directions, text messages, provides the ablity to shoot in HD video and HD pictures.

@Arleigh Cortez Oil jobs are seemingly being paired back right now...True.

I thought the next best thing would be to pair up with somebody or somebodies who could buy (with cash) & let them sort of critique my deals & have a discounted price on the deal they looked at if they wanted it.

Buying new ones were just to expensive, so we went to direction of buying good used ones for $600 per pair. 

but that isnt the real truth the real truth is that they wont to have the home owners to live the high life for a littel while and then after 3 or so years when they start to cap out on there adjustable if they didnt pre pair for it then they move the next one in a vicious cycle its a desingned to keep the economy working

Maybe time to get my eyes checked and a new pair of glasses.

Is it possible to make a career out of putting together Real Estate partnership deals meaning pairing the silent money partner with the active partner who will find the deal and oversee the asset management side of it and the middleman getting a piece of the pie.
