But the question is we are now in title to the house.. the person he stole it from is a defunct LLC out of Australia  ( when aussies were buying in mass 10 years ago or so).. they let the property go.

@Jesse Stein we just had  lengthly discussion with a potential client, who's an attorney from Australia, about why PMC's have termination fees.Let's keep it simple and assume a monthly management fee for a property is $100/month.
