so the benefit to the elaborate entity setup is that they have to put a fair amount of time into figuring out who owns what and what is there and how to go about attacking it.If you did something wrong it won't help in the end, if you had something bad happen unintentionally it probably won't matter much either.

I find comments by individuals saying that Dodd-Frank is an attack on freedoms, property rights and free enterprise put in place by the consumer advocates, they just aren't looking under the rug and seeing how this further benefits those who believe corporations and money should control the world.
