Perhaps hire a helper who has some roofing experience if you don’t have any, pull the permit as the home owner (possible most places, check with you AHJ and know that you obviously won’t have a warranty on the workmanship), rent/borrow a ladder/lift, dumpster, roofing gun, and get’er done.
