I will defend myself by stating I did this because I could not be sure I would be successfull right off the bat--I had to make sure these properties did not look like your typical rentals and could be flipped comfortably.In the meantime, I've had expensive repairs on expensive refrigerators that are only 2 months beyond their warranty.
