I'd hate to be stuck with a difficult to sell 5-plex, but it wouldn't be the end of the world because the rest of the dynamics are solid. 

We have not done physical inspection in any of the propeties, which I thought would be included in the program but, since I am out of town and had a rental car, I drove to the properties by myself.The presentation material and the dynamic in class could certainly improve but, honestly, a lot of the hold-backs in class were created by less informed students or students who have not done the prep work around getting the GMAIL/Google drive ready to go beforehand.
