I'm not sure if anyone has any out of the box solutions, but if it were me, I'd get a cheap scanner designed specifically for that, have that automatically drop files into a dropbox folder that's shared with a $3/hr virtual assistant who inputs it all into quicken or the like once a month.What about everyone else?

However, that is only an appearance.As the truly motivated homeowner is not always interested in the "highest netting offer" (i.e. estate sale, pending foreclosure, divorce, etc) then the values of other "like property" that you disclose are virtually irrelevant as they were listed, and took time to sell.

@Brendan Harrison your confusing two separate things.A tax sale is held by the county for the benefit of recovering property taxsand IRS sale is done by IRS for the benefit of govmit collecting tax's due from the owner.Tax sale wipes out virtually all liens as it relates to the property.. some states have different rules so its state specific.IRS sale any liens recorded prior to the IRS lien would remain.
