Hi Mohan Deep, General Rule: A fixed-term lease typically expires automatically at the end of the lease period without the need for a notice to vacate unless otherwise stated in the lease agreement.For fixed-term leases, if no notice requirement is specified, they typically expire automatically.If your lease requires a two-month notice to vacate, you must provide this notice even at the end of the lease term. 

Between the owner occupancy requirement of JADU, the lack of value added by a JADU, and it often making primary unit rent controlled, the JADU typically is a poor investment.  

There are plenty of grocery options in the area and a lot of people have cars.. so probably not needed.

There are lots of options to meet, I think it all comes down to how many people are planning on showing up. if we have 20 people coming then we may want to find a better place than Timmys or Starbucks but that's just my impressions.

Hello, I am evaluating custodians and LLC set up options for what will be my Checkbook Roth IRA/LLC.I see some of the custodians have a partner who will charge a chunk money to set up the LLC $800-1k+.

I continued to shop and had more time to look for other options.

I am looking into LTR and STR options. 

I just wanted see if there was any other options that I wasn't aware of on how to possibly capture this as it will change my financial landscape.

We've added Zelle as a payment option as tenants were very upset in regard to the new fees.

I would think about other options.1) Extension with current lender.2) Sell/rent - depending on the condition ?
