I was one in college when I was a full time agent and full time students I will only focus on flips and will send ROI and my analytic theory and will even send hard money options to my investors but I have yet to come across another clever young guy or girl like me I don't know why a lot of agents don't do more things like that anymore during 2009-2011 a lot were doing it thinking outside the box.

Keep an eye out for "Old North" Columbus which is north of the university and south of clintonville. you get a mix of young professionals with graduate students and deals tend to be a bit better than very close to the university.
