Property 2 is in a very solid, retail part of the city, and number 1 is in a more residential area, but two blocks from police, gas station, laundry, newer restaurants, etc.

-Post flyers/ads in the local bulletin boards around the neighborhood convenience store, grocery store, gas station, laundry mat...etc.  

A new trolley station will soon be built within walking distance to my rental.   

The train has definitely left the station and gaining Nationwide momentum.
