Lastly, to make it easy on the lender, I would recommend making sure you upload clear, legible, PDF files for documents to save the hassle of having to do multiple requests for the same thing. 

If you can learn how to co-host properly, your risks and start-up capital are much less. 

I'm also a tech guy so I feel that once I have the setup and want to start tweaking it, I'll be able to make the required changes and keep moving.
