We had a recession and no one was spending money so I went back to truck driving and I started a modeling and talent agency, I ran that for about six years.On my final leg of my adventure I started a personal training and sports rehab clinic in Napa Valley and teamed up with a local chiropractor.

Its like the difference between watching a sporting event and being in a sporting event.

It's an old man's sport - I think I can stick with it.

This small home is in a community which offers golf (our home is on the 18th green), softball, pickle Ball, and about 50 other sports.

All his sports goods are stored under the stair room.

Unless you have 'some' direction on these its hard to get right.That being said some of the trades guys dont like doing grunt work,,,like rewiring an old plaster walled house that sported knob and tube crappy overloaded...looking for a place and time to burn.Electrician (licensed) says you drill holes and pull wire in, label everything, it doesnt take a rocket scientist to pull wire in place. 

That's a big gamble, though.

If I'm sounding negative, here are some positive aspects:  the climate is great, access to outdoors/sports is excellent, and the city isn't sprawling.  

This is why I've never considered Vegas since it seems almost like a company town relying 90% on gambling and tourism.
