Hello guys , Need some advice here , I haven't done my first deal yet , but I have an idea that I would like to share with you.I live in Birmingham AL , work on my own business about 25 hours per week , I have a beautiful wife and a lovely 16 month old baby . 

In Fix and Flips speed is the name of the game and you want to increase your odds of getting property sold as quickly as possible.

The ultimate goal is to rehab and flip those older beautiful houses.  

It was a beautifully constructed deal.

I'm 28yr old, chemical eng with a "stable" job, I had the best blessing in life 10 days ago with my beautiful baby daughter =D which only motivates me harder.

Exactly, the West coast is tough because it is beautiful and has so much to offer and people want to live here driving purchase prices up and rent to purchase ratios down.  

The beauty of REI is you can have the feeling of going Pro so many more times over than going from rookie to pro.

Oregon has it's challenges but is so beautiful how could we not want to live here?

It's a beautiful old craftsman 4 bdrm from 1910 but it has wood single pane windows, no insulation, and only one bath on the main floor.

(Though we have a good idea, we like confirmation since we are relatively new to the area, and each city in Orange County is different)Oregon is such a BEAUTIFUL state.
