I don't think so.I'd tell my audience that absolutely anyone can do it, it's easy, why would I tell them it is tough, that it really requires social skills, logic and other skills, if I did, would that sell more of my books?

I don't think there's much one can do to change that mindset, but allowing emotions to cloud judgement and engaging in less than professional correspondences will only perpetuate the myth of the "greedy, evil, rich landlord".

Hi guys,  I'm looking to engage some hard money lenders to refinance my portfolio of SFR's that are held in cash (I'm looking to do a loan of $400-$500k on a 30 year fixed rate).  

I've been following some of the discussions on the forums and I'm impressed with the engagement and productive discussions that have been.  

Most of these regs are anti freedom, anti landlord, social engineering geared, and of little true value.
