Through my W2 employer I've learned how to take 360-degree photos and stitch them together into a virtual tour where you can then go online and "walk" through the house.I'm now trying to decide if it would be worth it to purchase the license for the software and camera for my personal use and begin offering this service to other realtors and investors, and do it for my own properties. 

Any one have good experience with a company servicing this area?

A week later, a service technician at Amazon Web Services threw the wrong switch by mistake and half the Internet went down for a few hours (AWS says changes were made to prevent this from happening again).

@Vishwa Mishra  If you are buying a performing note, you then take responsibility and have a 3rd party service the note.

Other groups to look into are Dorfman Property management, IPM Real estate, Barron Property services and Equity Management solutions.  

Get estimates for other services - lawn care, snow removal, etc.Use these estimates to then run your analysis and figure a maintenance schedule and CapEx budget based on the inspection.
