No matter what option you choose, it's going to cost you.I recommend you get them out and then consider selling the property and investing in a State with fair laws and court systems. 

So yeah, I do think parts are probably overvalued in the micro and there's plenty of truth to that.One point I wanted to make about selling White street other than value though, was...who bought it.

Lake front home to sell at $1,000,000 to 1,200,000.

The website has some warnings, but the Sheriff is selling the properties, so they aren’t necessarily going to give me the straight dope.Not being able to see the inside is tricky.

When there is no realtor involved, it could be fine, but it could be disguising the fact that there would be fraud going on or that the purchase price doesn't equal market value (i.e. two related people selling a property one to another at an inflated value, etc.)

There are no mystical sellers that have no idea what they own and will sell it to you for a discount.
