So if you do this, I'd suggest only allowing tenants who've proven themselves quality tenants and have a track records of never missing/late paying rent.I wish you the best!

Usually the quality of tenant drops too.

Good news is if she is pulling that kind of BS SHE also has guidelines she needs to follow and the attorney should be able to see if she is doing anything wrong and can break any claim she is making with the rent if she is.Good luck and god speed...  

I used Denver Mortgage in the past, but from what I can tell they are either out of business, or the quality has deteriorated very badly.Any recommendations on where to look?
