Trying to look for properties in that price range (per unit), that are in B or C quality neighborhoods. 

It all comes down to quality of the stay, previous reviews etc.All you can do is get an idea of what you can do in an area, then build your unit to be the best it can be.

Overall below expectations on job quality but an A on price.

Because my experience is primarily with larger, institutional-quality MF real estate, I cannot provide a lot of guidance on what to expect regarding typical loan structure on such a deal.

I simply look at the repairs and renovations to get it up to the same quality as the rest of the neighborhood, the ARV market rent, and purchase price.

Or is the decision on West Hartfford based on quality of town.West Hartford is not the best town to cash flow in, but would be a great house hack, and could be a way better situation for your family
