Wondering if this eviction will prevent the refinance?

I'm not saying you're coming across as self-righteous in yours posts writ large; I haven't read any of your posts outside of our back-and-forth.I will say, though, that it seems unnecessary to tag your friends, many of whom I see frequently in the forums and admire, to validate you and poop on me. 

I know AIRBNB has like $1 Million in insurance coverage but I do not know if that covers you if you are sued and if there is loop holes to prevent AIRBNB from protecting the property owner.  

Many have them specifically to prevent people from doing what you are.

Assess the area where you are selling and do finishes that would suit your target customer.4. this one is a bit controversial but if you are flipping don't spend money on unnecessary stuff that doesn't add value.

I've seen backflow preventers on whole buildings that fail and discharge into a indirect waste recptor. or in some cases they are doing their job and theres a underlying issue for backflow.

Nothing prevents you from turning the temps to those required levels. 

How does a seller better protect themselves than to prevent an inspection Claus from becoming a get out of jail free card?
