Something with office and warehouse space, easy to rent and they are normally long term with Triple net leases

I politely reminded them that we do have a written rental agreement that carried over from the previous owner, and it specifies that the tenant is responsible for allutility costs.

@Ahmed Al-Absi if your tenants are local, you can search their names in the county clerks office for any judgments or liens against them.

However, if you are receiving a commercial/portfolio style loan (meaning the money comes from the bank) then maybe the lender just has that rule on their loans.My Current Underwriter - So who's your loan officer? 

I was curious to see if anyone has experience investing in Medical Offices.
