I'm cash out refinancing 3 multi family properties in Los Angeles.

Are there any commercial real estate firms based on Los Angeles that I can hang my CA real estate sales license to do a few lease transactions?

Doing flips in Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, etc.

However, I will be moving to either Berkeley or Los Angeles come this time next year and Tarbell doesn't seem to have any offices up there so I have no idea if I will actually be able to work up their without going into the office.

I live in Houston Sugarland specifically and invest in Los Angeles...I'm literally watching the water build up and approach my property...without a doubt I'll have water inside in the hour.  

1) Although I train in Clermont and currently live in Winter Garden, FL, I grew up in Toronto and went to school in Los Angeles, so my familiarity with the Central Florida area is limited. 

I currently own two properties back east (currently reside in Los Angeles), both of which were primary residences.  

I'm looking to purchase my first property...a duplex in Los Angeles.
