Location and transportation are important, but likely not as much in a smaller blue-collar city such as Red Deer.

Definitely a blue-collar working area, likely solid cash flow with lower appreciation.  

Have seen some nice ones in Pendleton Heights too, and have friends with high preforming STR's in Lee's Summit, Blue Springs, OP/JOCO area. 

It's a 100-year-old home located in the urban core (64130 - Blue Hills) of Kansas City. 

It’s a blue state so that’s a hard no from me personally. 

If you haven't purchased a place yet you might consider Chesapeake and Norfolk ocean view for more properties easier to fix up and get into that are still appraising.

Paul I am guessing you are very new to the area because in general 94603 is literally the exact opposite of 94611.    94603 is more up and coming, working class blue collar neighborHOOD.........I used to live there for a while in fact.94611 is A-/B+ properies, period.

There are hundreds and hundreds of units being built here, but none offer units in a price range that is accessible for the majority of blue-collar workers.
