@Guy GimenezCan you give an explanation as to why not to use quiet title in Texas?

I myself have purchased numerous properties with little to no money down aside from closing costs.

It can be argued that i have either 17 or 10 days, whichever i choose, which clearly is ambiguousIs there a clearly defined explanation (legal) that can answer that question?

I still did not get any explanation from the attorney why and how their staff could send me an scam instruction in a secured email. 

Most states have an "unclaimed property" law that has you send the amount to the state with an explanation who it is for and their identifying information.

They all gave me a written explanation of why they are unable to pay rent, they have requested information on rental assistance through various organizations, they've let me know who they applied for assistance through and continue to keep me updated, and they are making payments even if it is only $100 a week.

I’d greatly appreciate any explanations.
