It actually caused a chain of events that really destroyed a lot of my personal finances.

Hi folks,I had a tenant ask to install a chain lock on her door.

You can't daisy-chain deals or claim to be JV'ing deals when you don't have an equitable interest and you can't advertise you're selling something you don't own.

I suppose I could clean up and keep that butcher block they left behind and place it like an island... but is that really enough prep space to cook a meal? 

Or at least enough so that I could do it 5-10 times so that I could put a down payment on a hotel and start that empire of hotels I've been talking about in other threads.What should I name that hotel chain????

Yesterday, five days before the closing, the title company contacted me and said that there is an issue with the chain of title.

Do not go down the note guru path, there are many daisy chain dealer out there thinking they are "note investors" if they don't personally have the funds, ability to buy, using other peoples money they are brokering and without a license, period!

there's nothing wrong with almost any supply chain or what not, its not like we have a huge amount of places to choose from  let alone a bias response (sorry to say)  i can understand doing very minimal but do remember, fix it once fix it right. it will cost you more over time if do it very cheap because its a rental,  i have a friend with a 4 unit , he had it rehabbed  after purchase and since then had to redo 3 baths and 2 kitchens within 3 years of purchase spending and things are still falling apart, he tried to spend less money buying cheaper products (not inexpensive, just cheap as possible) now he his regretting it and had 2 turnovers because of such.... its like automating your process, how can you be  done with things when your constantly looking over your back because you clearly knew you just hacked **** up and rented it out ?
