Yes your name and signature will be on the lease and the option (two separate agreements).

I'm also thinking about storing lease documents on the website and creating a way for tenants to submit help request online.  

My concern is carrying  a hard money loan for 6 months waiting for the leases to expire. 

@Jay Elvin I'm not in your area, but I would double check that they are licensed realtors if required by your state for leasing activity and look over their contract for any red flags.
