I would argue you really only need 5 components for Rehab Project Management:Estimation & Budgeting - Tool to help estimate construction costs & create a Scope of WorkGantt Scheduling - Tool to build timelines of major project tasks, milestones and deadlinesTask Management - Tool to manage day-to-day tasks and to-dosOverall Calendar - Tool that populates all of your Schedules & Tasks into one Calendar view (ideally integrates w/ Google Calendar)Budget/Expense Tracking - Tool to track your actual project costs against your initial budgetEverything else seems unnecessary in my opinion.

This practice is not only unnecessary, but unacceptable business practice in most states. 

For this neighborhood and price points, those were huge and unnecessary asks to me.
