I would like to work out once or twice a week and I’d like to have the body of a cross fit trainer, however, if I don’t put in the work I won’t likely get the same results.Now there are hybrid ways of investing that give you much better returns than purely passive.

It’s human nature to go there and want to spruce it up, redecorate, do deferred maintenance, etc, and that’s not really how I want to spend my vacation.If it’s driving distance, you can realistically visit 6+ times/year, and get to actually enjoy the place.
