I played low level D1 Ball and my dad played 6 seasons with the Cardinals (Erie, Gastonia, Springfield,) and I have a cousin whom you may have faced who got released from the Jays 2 years ago and was MVP of the Frontier League this past season.I totally get the grind right now with those bus rides, meals, clubbie dues, etc.With all of that being said, start looking up some REI networking groups in your area.

If one apartment is creating noise or odor problems for other tenants, any landlord has the write to ask the tenant to remedy.

Give me some motivation to keep on the grind.

I'm sure you'll get some no's before you find someone smart enough to consider having someone do work for them, instead of grinding it all out on their own, but, like I said, if you can find the arrangement, it could be very worthwhile.

Unless u grind it that stuff it's really not that big of a deal.

Often you need to know how to filter out the noise and see what is the usable data that relates directly to you specifically and locally.

I'd never approve ads that play any kind of noise without direct consent from the user via a click or play action.

Hello BP members,I've been working in commercial real estate for a few years but hoping to leave the grind of big corporate and work for myself.

You count your worries in your mind and stack them on top of each other, kind of like counting sheep.The problem is in the middle of the night little things seems big just like a little noise can make you wonder.

This 3rd unit is now an additional person who's going to ad to the noise, laundry & parking disputes that are already prevalent in these types of properties when there are 2 tenants.
