Well, I know plenty out there, my market consideration is near SeaTac airport, orange California near outlet mall, Makewao Maui, Kihei, Lahiana, Maui. 

Most other electrical issues such as lights not working or outlets can be fixed pretty easily so I wouldn't worry about those as much.

We xeriscape  the front yards on our sfr's(rocks, gravel, flowering low water desert plants, bushes, drip systems)  and  leave the back yards to the tenants to care for.  

Get some bids, they can fish the romax through the existing holes, change the boxes and outlets easily, you'll have a problem with brick or stone.

I'm a major step up from radiators, old electrical outlets, street parking, and having to walk to the laundromat, but a step below in home fitness center, underground parking, and granite counters.

I had major furniture delivered by Cort (check out their outlet for great deals), housewares/linens, etc. from Amazon and Walmart and found a great cleaning team on Turno that accepts packages, has a handyman and a can-do attitude.

Also, I buy 10+ sets of appliances annually and always check HD, Lowes, and Best Buy which also has a local outlet store.
