I just came from the property about 30 minutes ago and mostly wanted to see some feedback as to what other have experienced.Come to find out, the home has been finished and it looks like people are living there, so a face to face with contractor may not be as easy, but not impossible.The thought, briefly, came to mind that I should return the items by throwing them over the fence, but I won't do that.My preference would be not having to remove it myself, just because of principle and lack of equipment to make the job easy.

Ask if the provider can remotely restart the modem in case of a problem (if you're leasing their equipment, they can likely do this).

Hey guys, I will try and summarize the situation quickly.One of my apartments (5plex) has back office / basement area where we store some of our repair equipment for the property management, such as desk, office equipment, paint, tile, windows, some files, and keys to the 20 units that this particular property manager of mine manages for me, plus other misc items as needed for repair work.
