And if they are 50-70% leveraged, AND the equity is performing at 5-7%, then most people would be living off of most of that come and have only about 10% of it to donate or sacrifice.

She lives outside of Charleston SC and wants something more local so that is why I started looking there and realized that there are many apartment buildings for sale in those states that look to be decent deals... at least much better deals than in NE.
