I have never had anyone tell me that any deal wasn't worth it due to UDFI.I will echo the other responses and say that it entirely depends on what your gaol is in making the investment and how the numbers stack up when you run them to see what works best for you.Good luck!

To me, you'll have to try 2-3 months and run through an underwriting exercise of a building/properties about 10 times on each one to understand the true pros/cons of each model.
