Maybe there are other lenders out there that lend on this as a residential, but I didn't go into further depth.

Luckily, the overall cashflow is still attractive, but I recommend doing as in-depth of study as possible. 

Now - is it really necessary to go this in-depth on a duplex...probably not.

My success has been through brokers and my in depth analysis so I would jump on the phone ASAP.
