I wish I could post a picture because mine was showing visually the same benefits, even the plus tab was using the word PRO in its benefits list. went ahead and got PRO because I knew it “should” offer more, what was being advertised to me on my iPhone was identical benefits. 

When there are disagreements with the potential borrower we do provide a dispute process allowing the customer to have us take a second look at the evaluations. 

Without a little more info or pictures, it's hard to be able to really tell you if you'll need it or not.

Like in the first picture the numbers mean nothing without knowing how much the properties would cost.
