My suggestion is to purchase the MFR with financing and cross collateralize one of your homes for added security to meet the usual 75% LTV.

Somebody on your side to make sure all the i's are dotted and t's crossed.

If you do you might be able to ask your local bank (only small banks with few branches will do this in my experience) to cross collateralize.

Before you do anything, you should consult with a cross border specialist (legal/accountant) as to the best entity structure for holding your RE investments.  

Always be sure to dot your i's and cross your t's.

Good morning BP...I'm curious to know how landlords (mainly in MA but even beyond the borders) handle evictions.

If you give me a general area or the cross streets I can tell you if it's going to be a deal or not, I know just about every block in St Pete.

I have a slight interest in flipping, although that is not apart of my main objective, if I came a crossed a deal that I thought would be a good learning experience and resulted in a decent profit, I would definitely consider that as well.I look forward to meeting people and hope that I may be of help to someone else, besides myself.
