I personally wouldn't buy that home for me and my family but I think it will be just find for renters as it is on the less expensive end of the homes in the area and walking distance to a shopping center with a restaurant.

Unfortunately for us, the salaries we anticipate on making will not be enough to get us away from our student loans.Currently I am at a clinical rotation for 8 weeks which requires 2 hours of commuting a day (yay bay area).

We are thinking of a Live in flip and hold or influenced by this blog https://www.biggerpockets.com/blog/why-im-not-house-hacking , perhaps investing in our hometown in NJ which is somewhere we are more comfortable with and then essentially house hacking through their long distance cash flow in maryland.
