I'm a registered architect in Dallas, Texas who's looking for a coach/mentor on real estate investment/development. 

We didn't invest $40,000 into the coaching program because I wanted to use that money towards actively investing in something.

They're one of these "coaching" service companies that (get this) charge like $25,000 for "mentoring".

It gets you excited and ready to say "put me in coach."

Yes, they "hock" there side lines etc, but I do intend to have them be my "coaches".

I have been involved in mentoring and coaching in New zealand and a couple of other countries so I admit to being biased, but the real benefit in my opinion of any programme is helping you overcome fear and take action.

Of course there are coaching programs but there was NEVER any pressure to join or come out of pocket for anything.

I suspect posting a request for a mentor in the marketplace is not likely to be effective unless you want a paid mentor/coach.

I'd like her to feel like an owner of the business and feel she deserves a stake which frankly if the performance keeps up she does deserve it.A consultant I am hiring for business coaching has suggested a bonus system which I think will be pretty great and will tie in with the financial management tool he has used for other similar businesses so I plan to offer that to her as well.  

And if they do do those agents work with the investor agents or do you have access to them as mentors or coaches Do they allow you to buy or sell a personal home with discounts.Do they support remote / mobile platform work flows.
