We are told to go to college and spend hundreds of thousands of dollars for a 4 yr degree that teaches general knowledge, and then you have to explore additional $$ for an "advanced" degree.  

Another great saying I’ve used hundreds of times:It doesn’t matter if you think you can or you can’t – you’re right!

So, we have a renter (used to rent 2 doors over), and we loose a few hundred $ a month on the property.  

They save investors hundreds if not thousands of dollars every year because they take care of problems faster, and fill vacancies faster, and don't take the tenants BS.

Do you have a couple hundred to invest or just enough for a down payment?  

The REIT's are snapping parks up right now, but many of them are several hundred lots (or more) and THEY might be looking at a 7 CAP, but I highly doubt they would consider this size park, especially at that valuation.This size park is tricky to manage - too big to be small, but too small to be big.  

You can figure the materials are a couple of hundred dollars per window, plus the labor to install them.As far as the roof, 400 square feet is about the size of a small garage. $8,000 seems high to me, but A) I don't know the entire scope, B) I don't know what was agreed to before hand, and C) as a former boss of mine used to say, you can't put the s*** back in the horse.

I filed a complaint on an unethical cabinet supplier in the past and all the BBB did was send my complaint to him and ask "what do you say?"

Some people are ok with a hundred cash flow a month and maybe those are the properties that you are seeing fly off the market.  

You can't squeeze blood from an old stone, just by gutting it and putting in new cabinets and marble counters if your Sale Price is going to be the same as the New Town Homes in the same area.
