Your best bet to find a HELOC for investment property is w a Credit union or smaller bank but as mentioned won’t be easy.You’re better off doing a cash out refi you should be able to get back 60-80% appraised value of property minus closing cost the best I’ve been able to find is 70%

I would get super frustrated because it always felt like whenever we would get a good commission check, bonus, raise, etc. we would get hit with a big maintenance ticket that would set us back to square one.So fast forward to 2020, our house is a piece of junk.

So if somebody has an active license in another state, and wants to get a CO license too, they only have to take the state portion of the test to get a CO license rather than starting at square one with all the course requirements.
