While I won't delve into the process of selecting a location for income reliability, I will briefly describe why I relocated to Las Vegas to establish my investor services business.Why Invest in Las Vegas?

I am tossing up whether to pay AUD$40K for an advanced course which includes a buying summit in Vegas and would like to know if anyone out there has done the course and whether you found you got real value out of it, or whether in hind sight you would have had to learn the hard way anyway?

I have to recommend an REI group that I have been attending here in Vegas for the last several months.

The AC area ones about 80% of revenue is drawn during peak season, but there are still some bookings that come in for Casino, concert, etc. 

I would assume they would be kind of strict due to the high concentration of large hotel companies and casinos.

There was some research on this think it was Zillow article and Facebook IPO.If I remember right a few neighborhoods saw a slight increase...I wouldn't buy a house looking to sell after IPOs...if you want to gamble buy stocks or go to the casino.
