BP fam what are your thoughts on my scenario -- I bought my primary home for $335k 2 years ago and have put about 40k in upgrades (new double paned windows, new foundation, new metal roof, rain gutters).

They needed 3-5 business days to review and approve my wire transfer request that was just two pages long.Now SenseFinancial helped me restate the 401k plan and have no custodians.

I started with single family homes in my market, moved to turnkey in other markets and then to multifamily. 

Tenant not trusting this work as he is out of home when this work is performed as he has some minor surgery. 

Older homes in good neighborhoods will sell for 200k.

My strength admittedly is on the administrative tasks.For those who are opposite of me, who struggle with the administrative side, would you consider a B2B relationship with a service that takes all of the tasks off of your hands, and if so what would you be willing to pay (% or flat fee).To be clear, what would be offered would be:- Listing on 15+ channels including Marriott Homes and Villas, Abnb, VRBO/, Booking.com, Zillow, coming soon Amex Travel and Hyatt, Jetblue and Allegiant Airlines, and more.- Pricing software w/ live revenue manager- Smart Lock software- 24/7 Guest Communication via platform, voice, text, email.- 24/7 Communication with owner or PM staff for maintenance or cleaning issues. 

A couple years ago, on a cost per ft basis, existing home sales started exceeding the cost to build new so that drives things. 

We did a 1031 exchange to roll the money into our dream home.

I do, however, hold a RE license, I have sold resale and new build, and I have several years of experience in property management, both in multifamily and single family homes.
