I rented an apartment right out of high school in San Jose  ( prior to buying my first home the next year) and the tenant below smoked his doobie every night after dinner out on the porch and it waffed up to our apartment.. this was 1975..

However, my student loan payments from dental hygiene school are limiting my investing power.
