There are many advantages, and if you are generally passive anyway, a commercial level deal (like a mobile home park, self-storage, multifamily, etc.) could provide the income and appreciation you want with no hassles or drain on your debt capacity. 

I am looking to setting up a Mobile Home rental lot on a plot of land here local.

ON our taxes, should the MHP be one unit for expensing purposes, or do I need to separate expenses out separately for each MH in the park? TIA!

Hello everybody,If you were to build a 3-person dream team for acquiring and operating mobile home parks, what 3 kinds of people/skill sets would you choose?

We currently have 4,512 active listings--and that includes everything from mobile homes to mansions.

I'm not asking for advice, I know what to do but thought this would be an interesting real world situation to discuss.Today at our one of our mobile home parks my manager was collecting resident info we didn't have like phone numbers/email.

The project would be taking an old mobile home park and converting it in a tiny house community.

Mobile HomesThese are super cheap and low barrier to entry.
