Figure out where you want to end up, learn the various methods of transportation and which one best suits you, then look at buying tickets. 

I am curious to know how much it costs to rehab houses in Boston.

Public transport access would also be a must. 

In the same way that Boston and New York seem like the same place to many Texans, most outsiders think we are all the same place too.

Up here in Boston I budget for about $225/month. - this about twice the cost of standard insurance.

Situated just behind Williamsburg's transportation center, it is within a mile of the College of William and Mary and historic Colonial Williamsburg. 

I am always a fan of the path going north as well, with Anna, Van Alstyne, Pilot point, Aubrey, & Crossroads all have great long term growth areas  potential as they are not yet fully developed with relatively good transportation into Employers.   

For example, a SFH in Austin might have a higher ROI then a multi-family in Boston.

Location and Accessibility:Choose a warehouse that is strategically located near major transportation routes, ports, and industrial hubs.
